Our End-to-End Process
We work with our clients on both new build and refurbishment projects of all sizes. While we have a defined end-to-end process, this is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and their hotel. A dedicated and experienced project manager is appointed at the beginning and will be our client's key point of contact throughout the full delivery.
At the outset, our team collaborates closely with clients and their interior design teams to fully understand the design intent. This includes working together to review value engineering opportunities, ensuring we provide the best value, working within budgets and critically maintaining design integrity. We will also develop detailed production drawings and host workshops to review samples and full prototype rooms as required.
Once the design stage is fully approved, we commence the main production, prioritising quality at every step, with adherence to our rigorous quality control system. The project concludes with delivery and installation phase, where our installation teams operate to the highest standards of service and professionalism. This is particularly important when we are working within operational hotel environments.
Our Team
Castlebrook has a highly experienced team dedicated to managing our clients’ projects with a very close attention to detail. We have over 25 employees and contractors, with operations in Ireland and the UK and further significant projects completed in France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Egypt and Ethiopia. Over 50% of our team members are furniture design and manufacturing graduates of GMIT/ATU and Castlebook continues to foster its strong relationship with the college through ongoing support of Industry Days, work placement and graduate programmes.
